Fotona StarWalker MAQX
“4-wavelength multi-mode, precise toning by pigment depth”
BY FOTONA
INTRODUCTION
A multi-wavelength laser from Slovenia's Fotona. It allows for precise disintegration tailored to the type, depth, and color of pigments by freely combining four wavelengths: 1064nm, 532nm, 585nm, and 650nm, along with Q-switched and Long-pulsed modes.

TECHNOLOGY
FEATURES
What sets Fotona StarWalker MAQX apart
01
4-wavelength operation
Targets pigments optimally by using wavelengths of 1064 / 532 / 585 / 650nm based on type and depth.
02
VERSA pulse
Uses ultra-short pulse width to precisely disintegrate pigments while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue.
03
TMD uniform beam
With Transverse Mode Discrimination technology, the beam distribution is uniform, ensuring consistent treatment results.
04
Premium Toning
Offers a premium toning mode that simultaneously cares for both epidermal and dermal pigments.

HOW IT WORKS
How it works
Selects the most efficient wavelength for each type of pigment (melanin, hemoglobin) to induce photothermal absorption. The Q-Switched mode shatters pigments into tiny fragments in nanoseconds, while the Long-pulsed mode heats deeper layers stably for gradual disintegration.
